Svilen was flexible and accommodating to our hectic schedule. When he arrived, he was able to quickly troubleshoot the problem with our ice maker and fixed it right away. He then worked on our cooktop problem which was more complicated and in the end, he was able to fix it. Svilen was honest and totally fair with his charges and I would recommend him to my friends.

Svilen is the best. So honest, sincere, thorough and great personality. Quick response time and was serviced within an hour. Extremely reasonable, price wise. After he was done servicing my Maytag washer, out of courtesy, he looked over the other appliances in the house and educated us about some basic maintenance habits, trouble prevention and things to look out for/warning signs. He just didn't "take the money and run". Don't hesitate in hiring him to service any of your appliances.

Our dishwasher stopped running. He correctly diagnosed the problem but it was something that he could not fix - because it had been below zero, water had frozen inside and we just had to give it time to thaw. His response was quick, he scheduled at our convenience and cost was reasonable. We would hire them again.

Great fast response . They called promptly and offered some pricing info right away. Unfortunately our dish washer needed a control board that was way too much money for parts and labor for us to repair . We decided to buy a new Dish Washer . I gladly paid the repair man the service call fee since they did try replacing a few parts in an attempt to make the dishwasher work. This company was great and honest. I will keep their info for future repairs.

Very professional and knowledgeable. I needed my refrigerator fixed but the explanation of the parts and labor were not worth it so we decided to buy a new one. Also had him look at my dishwasher while he was here and it was fixed in just a few minutes and he explained the problems and gave me info on cleaning my dishwasher. I was extremely happy!

They worked on repairing my gas dryer. They were highly effficient and knowledgeable. They quickly assessed that it needed several parts, some quite expensive. They were extremely honest with me and told me to buy a new dryer rather than repair the old one. They even took the time to take off 2 doors of my house and haul the old dryer out to the garage to be disposed of. All for the cost of a service call. Can't beat their honesty and customer focus.

They were very prompt and also installed a new ingniter for my oven for a reasonable fee. They also fixed a small plumbing leak in my kitchen sink for an addtional $30 when a plumber would have probably cost me another $75.

If you love to save money, and you enjoy getting your repair done fast and efficiently with unparalleled customer service, please give them a call. I admit I was skeptical at first. I had a broken oven, and they diagnosed our problem in less than 5 minutes, and was done fixing our stove, job completely done within 20 with a great quote that saved us hundreds.
