G.S.R. and Svilen were as great as per the other reviews. Excellent & professional service! Svilen confirmed with me immediately when I called and agreed to come out the next afternoon which was great so we could do laundry over the weekend! He was knowledgeable and honest -- letting me know that if we had called before the inner spoke of the dial had broken off, he could have just replaced the dial ourselves, but that because of the broken spoke, he would need to replace the mechanism. He explained everything clearly and how we could replace the dial ourselves (if that is the only thing that goes wrong) the next time. Svilen arrived promptly and was done in about 10 minutes! The friendly manner and terrific work. Thanks, Svilen! We will call you again if we need help in the future!

Very quick response. Problem was difficult to pinpoint but he just kept at it until he figured it out, got the part and returned to install it the same day. Then he tested all functions to make sure EVERYTHING worked not just what was fixed. He left the stove cleaner than when he started!

After all the anxiety of hiring a refrigerator repairman, I decided to call G.S.R. I called at 8:30 am and he was at our home at 10:30am. He diagnosed the problem and promptly repaired the frig. 30 to 40 minutes tops. The cost was extremely reasonable. Low keyed with NO pressure. This is the man you should hire.

G.S.R. is an exceptional company. They were available the very day me dryer broke down, came out, and went the extra mile to fix it, and explain to me various ways I can better maintain the appliance. He even called me back a day or two later to make sure the dryer was working properly (it was).I will never look elsewhere for service on my appliances. Highest recommendation!

He came over very quickly and looked at dryer and fridge. There was minor adjustment needed to dryer due to a sock being stuck in the dryer vent. He pulled it out and never charged for it since it was a minor issue. He then quickly diagnosed the problem with the fridge that did require some major repair. I checked his pricing and it was fair. He even installed a new thermostat free of charge. He works hard and is honest. I recommend him highly.
