Date of Service: 06/21/2022 Cost: $600.00 This is my 3rd time using Gray Tree Service. Our neighbor's tree was hanging into our yard, preventing my 2 arborvitaes from growing. The tree was always full of unidentified eggs and fungus. Ricks crew came out and removed the overhang. They were polite, professional, swift and cleaned up all debris. The price was very competitive and my trees have grown about a foot since they trimmed the neighbor's wild tree.

Rick returned my call within the hour on 08/18/21. He quoted me a price and said his crew would be out withing the week. Rick is an arborist and was able to give me some verbal advice on what to plant in it's place for the occasionally wet area, and addressed my concern over a newly severed limb on a Ginko tree. His crew came out on Friday while I was at work and removed the poor dead tree. The are was left clean and tidy.

It went way better than I would have imagined. Rick had a guy out to give me an estimate within days of our phone call. When I did call him back to get the work done, he had his crew out the very next week, The crew was a few minutes early, and completed the job within 30 minutes, They left my front yard better than when they arrived, I would definitely hire this company again and again. Also, the crew was very professional and very courteous.

Excellent. Rick responded quickly regarding setting up a quote, respected social distancing and agreed to a reasonable price. The team was professional, on-time and clean. Despite taking down and chipping multiple trees, there was no mess in the yard or up front where there equipment was. They communicated throughout the process and completed the job as discussed. I would recommend them to family or friends that need work done, and we'll use them again.

It was an excellent experience. Rick contacted me right away. The next day I was given a quote and a few days later they were here right on time as scheduled. Carl and the crew did an excellent job. Gray Tree Service is outstanding! This is the second time I have used their service. Rick quickly came out to review the needed work and give a quote. They are great about getting you on their schedule for service. They came out as promised and did a fantastic job of removing the trees and roots, and cleaned up the areas so well you cannot even tell there were any trees or roots there. I would hire them again with no hesitation and most surely will!

The rain didn’t cooperate for the first month, but the work was done today and the job done was exceptional. My yard looks great and I am very satisfied with the quality of work and clean up. They even removed a dead bush that appeared after my initial evaluation free of charge.

The service was delayed due to the cold, wet, and snowy spring season, but they kept in contact and arrived at the earliest possible window to perform the job. The trees look healthy and beautiful, and cleanup was spotless. They are professionals and they do a great job. We will call them again.

We cut down two smallish trees and needed to have them removed. Took advantage of a deal offered by Gray Tree Services on Angie’s list. Gray Tree Service did an awesome job. We had a dead tree removed from backyard. Also had tree trunk cut form one of the trees in front yard. They came on time and did the job very professionally. All debris were removed and yard was left clean after the job.
