Gentryfied Plumbing is one of the best plumbing services you can find anywhere. Very pleased with the response time and I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs an honest, hardworking professional.

Mark did came out as per appointed time and replaced sump pump. Very satisfied.

Highly recommend Gentryfied plumbing. My sump pump wasnâ t working properly and a strong electrical burning smell coming from the well. Could have easily said that I needed a new pump but instead gave me an honest assessment which was removing some water mineral deposits that kept the pump running continuously. Fixed the problem and then gave me some maintenance advice to prevent a reoccurrence. Really appreciate the honesty bc someone else would have just said the pump was broken and needed to be replaced. Might not have made a lot more on the call but has a repeat customer for all my plumbing needs.

Mark came quickly and installed a new sump noted a few other issues with the sump pump piping and fixed them at no extra charge. I was satisfied with the price and more than satisfied with the service. A real gentleman who knows his plumbing.

Mark was extremely responsive and was able to fix our sewage ejector pump quickly. He is very courteous and knowledgeable. We would recommend him to all of our friends.

Mark is an excellent Service Pro. He saw exactly what was wrong and replaced our malfunctioning main sump pump quickly and efficiently. He checked our battery backup pump to make sure it was functioning properly and explained exactly how these pumps work in tandem. I would recommend him to anyone having issues. This was a relief to us not to have to worry about flooding our basement during heavy rains. Great work! Honest and Fair!

Mark is honest and transparent about the work he will perform. When he installed our new water heater he was on time and finished when promised. Then we called him back after we thought there was a leak. He came over right away and even though it wasn't directly related to his install he fixed the issue. We will always call Mark first for our plumbing needs.
