I ended up going with a less expensive pump that Mark also has in his home. He came out the next day and installed the new pump even enhancing the piping set-up with my back up pump. Mark also cleaned up the immediate sump pit area before leaving. His pricing was very reasonable and he's a personable guy. I would definitely hire Mark again.
