Mark, was very timely, professional and is someone I do not hesitate to recommend others to consider for your needs. In addition to the sump pump, Mark also replaced an outside facet. His rates are very fair when compared to some other company's that I considered and were quoting rates more than double what a job should cost. If you need a plumber, this company should be on the top of your list.

Replaced my sump pump during last major rain storm at midnight due to mine failing and DID NOT gouge or hit me with an “emergency” cost just to walk into my house like other plumbers. I can't say enough good things about Mark Gentry and his company and services. He installed several sump pumps and an emergency back up. Went thru and explained everything he was doing. Also had a tub faucet repaired and a hot water heater issue resolved. Professional, friendly and patient when answering my questions. Took the time to thoroughly check and explain what needed to be done without trying to upsell. Knowledgeable and even helped over the phone to resolve an issue as opposed to coming out. Fair pricing, on time and went out of his way to accommodate my schedule. Efficient and left everything clean when he was finished. I thoroughly trust him and that says a lot in this day and age when companies can rip you off so easily if you aren't knowledgeable.
