Service deserves 10****. Mark was prompt, came out that evening, let me know when he was close to arrival, replaced the pump with a quality brand and fixed the float for backup. No more metal grinding and was able to welcome the rains the next day without panic. Good advice on ensuring backup doesn't give out. Would recommend to friends.

I had been having trouble with my sump pumps. Another plumber just kept selling me new pumps. Gentryfied spent the time to figure out the problem and came up with a very inexpensive fix. Their price for the pump I just bought would have been significantly less than I paid the other plumber. I strongly recommend Gentryfied.

The only reason I am not giving 5 stars across the boards is that I was not aware he did not take credit cards nor did he mention it. I could not tell from his comments if he didn't take them at all or only temporarily because his credit card reader didn't work. Either way, I had to come up with $1400 by cash or check. He was very gracious about it and worked with me on payment. I just felt very uncomfortable not being able to pay him by credit card.

Mark got back to me within a few hours of my initial contact early Saturday morning. Since the work wasn't an emergency I scheduled for Monday at 3:30 PM. He was here very promptly. Explained my options and then installed a new sump pump. Checked the outside discharge. All seems to be in order. Mark is very knowledgeable and courteous and is available 24/7. Pricing seems very fair compared to what we've been paying for sump pumps that burn out every few years.
