Very thorough and careful cleaning. Joanna and Amber are professional and friendly. It is also nice for continuity to have the same techs every cleaning.

It was great. The technicians worked through dirt and grime that had accumulated for years. It was a tough job and they kept going until it was in good condition. They were prompt and courteous. They were professional and caring. We are so grateful for the hard work.

The maid showed up on time, to the minute, and worked on bathroom #2. About an hour later, another maid from another team, who had completed her assignment elsewhere, joined and worked on bathroom #1. They were industrious and, most important, effective in battling the bathrooms into submission. Clean again!

I've utilized Glenda several times now, and she does a fantastic job of cleaning and paying attention to details and requests made. She has a great attitude and is congenial. I would highly recommend her!

I’ve been using fresh tech maids for about a year and I’ve been very happy with the service. Glenda in particular has been great! She’s very thorough and is careful to get all of the areas that most people tend to forget. She’s worth requesting as your technician. it’s also helpful to have someone who speaks English. I highly recommend Glenda!

Glenda has cleaned our house a few times now and she does a great job. She is friendly and thorough. The company can be frustrating at times. Scheduling our first cleaning was challenging since Jack did not honor my preferred method of communication and once we got to actually scheduling, it seemed that we were out of their regular area. Scheduling after the first time is easy, though. We are on a monthly basis and can log into our account to change dates when needed. After each cleaning, they send an email asking how the service went, which is nice. They also ask after each cleaning for customers to write a review and if we do, the employee can get a bonus. Customers don't get compensation (which is good) but there is some pressure from the company for reviews. The company also sends quite a few emails and are on the expensive side. I do like that they use ecofriendly products and that is why I chose them originally.

Melanie has been a great help to us! She has done a thorough job cleaning our house, working around the dog, sometimes our kids as well to get the job done efficiently and completely. She is reliable and trustworthy in our home, which enables us to rest easy and turn to other things while she cleans a house made dirty by three boys!

Shakieta was amazing! I felt bad because I didn't have time to straighten up as much as I wanted (or at all!) and she put the kids' toys away and then thoroughly cleaned the whole house, top to bottom. She was friendly and so professional. Definitely would hire again! We set up a monthly cleaning with her.

Excellent! Fresh Tech has been cleaning my large ranch home with finished basement every two weeks for years. Naturally, I have had various technicians, and they have all been great. For some time now Joanna has been my tech. She is very thorough, efficient and pleasant. I don’t worry about a thing.

I had a near disastrous situation and Fresh Tech Maid's exceptional customer service really saved me! Take a breath and enjoy my story: My new apartment lease was to start on a Monday morning, and I scheduled Fresh Tech Maid to come on that Monday morning at 9am. The landlord informed me the previous tenant would move out by Sunday. So Sunday afternoon I went to check the progress of the move-out and found the previous tenant sitting in the living room happily watching TV with a living room full of stuff!!! She casually said she would move out tomorrow (Monday) morning by noon. Which meant there was no way I could have the Fresh Tech Maid come and had to reschedule. Sunday 4pm I started frantically calling, texting, emailing Fresh Tech Maid, knowing that the chances of replying were slim since usually businesses are closed on Sundays. The hassle of rescheduling was extremely stressful as it was holiday/busier week, so hotel prices were higher than usual too (I was planning to have some family move in the Monday after the cleaning). Amazingly Sue actually answered my text!!! She immediately notified the maids, and started calling clients that had Monday afternoon cleanings to switch with me. After many exchanges, she found a client that was able to switch with me. The feeling of relief and gratefulness was something I'll remember for the rest of my life! Remember it was a Sunday afternoon! How many other businesses could reply to you within 30 minutes, and spend a few hours helping you resolve a problem on a Sunday afternoon?!! Monday afternoon two Fresh Tech Maids arrived on time and did an excellent job cleaning with de-ionized water, totally toxic free, great for my young children. It was a 1100 sqft apartment and they cleaned the blinds and cabinets, which a lot of other cleaning services don't do. They spent about 3 hours. High recommended!!

GLENDA from Fresh Tech Maids is great! She is very thorough and friendly. I would have no concerns at all about leaving her in my home alone. Please ask for her. You won’t be disappointed.

Shakieta, the technician who worked on our house, did a fantastic job cleaning prior to our moving into our new home. She was prompt, professional, and very detail oriented--she paid special attention to the refrigerator that was left in a pretty sad state. I couldn't be more grateful for the work she did and the peace of mind she gave us as we moved into our new, clean home!

I scheduled a move-out cleaning for a one-bedroom apartment. I was quoted $200 for 4 hours plus cleaning the oven and the mini-blinds. When I returned, there was still food and crud on the kitchen countertops, the bathroom floor was still filthy, and the bathtub hadn't been touched. I feel completely duped. The cleaner's name was was Caroliah. Her manager's name is Jack Hamilton. Don't waste your money.

Nicey is the best!! We've had her several times and she is friendly, thorough, and a great cleaner and organizer. She has met multiple of my family members and my mom is jealous that she doesn't live in the area because she wishes she could hire Nicey for her home.

Nicey had cleaned our condo once a month for the past 4 months. She is INCREDIBLE!!!!!! She is incredibly thorough and I am amazed by how clean she gets our place. We have two small kids, so there are always crumbs and toys everywhere. She moves furniture and finds every last missing toy! She has even cleaned and organized things and made our house more functional. She is also delightful and so personable. I enjoy chatting with her. She is always prompt and works very efficiently.
