The services they were to provide were much more limited than we anticipated. We elected to receive a refund of the purchase.

One of the cleaners was very meticulous and did a wonderful job, but I took issue with her supervisor's work. Specifically, the supervisor tried to dust between several small plants on a shelf and ended up knocking one plant onto the floor which broke. I was astounded because any logical person would have taken the plants off the shelf before dusting. Furthermore, she continuously called the office to get authorization to do tasks that she claimed weren't typically done in a cleaning project such as this. Ultimately, I was disappointed with the service and will not use the company in the future for these reasons.

I contacted the provider to find a common time to complete the work and we had no luck. After the coupon expired I called them a few times to see if they would still honor the deal. They said yes, however, they never followed up to schedule a time. I have chosen to seek a refund from Angie’s List.

I have used Fresh Tech for my move-in cleaning in August 2012 and they have been doing a monthly cleaning since (about 1.5 years). All of the technicians are thorough and friendly! You can set up to have only 1 technician to do your cleaning, but I also like how if they are not available, Fresh Tech will send another highly qualified and personable technician to do your regularly scheduled cleaning. Sometimes the technicians will go above and beyond their cleaning checklist, which is always appreciated. Sue, the person I correspond with for any changes in my regularly scheduled dates, is very responsive (returns e-mails in less than 24 hours), accommodating and friendly as well. Overall, I have had a very positive experience with Fresh Tech for the last year and a half and will continue to use them for years to come.

They were very careful with all of our freshly painted walls and new cabinets, and we felt like we finally had our house back, nice and clean, no more dust. Their regular cleanings have always been thorough and careful, and their technicians are always very professional and a pleasure to work with. I very much appreciate that they strive to use no chemical cleaners, and they respect my desire for no chemicals and non-toxic products.

The place came out very clean, there was no harsh chemical smell. The cleaner was friendly and listened to my needs.

They are fine and they do a good job. They send out one person to do the cleaning. The maids are very nice, personable, and they interact and talk with us.

The job goes well every time. The only negative thing I can think of with dealing with them is that they are sometimes not very flexible when needing to reschedule on a short notice.

I have been using their services for at least two years. They do a good and thorough job at very reasonable cost. They even provide their own products for the service. The girl who comes to my house is Rosie and she is outstanding. If she ever can’t make it, her replacements are excellent, on time, courteous, and do a great job! They do an excellent job and I would recommend them to others.

The technician was thorough, very detail oriented, and pleasant. She cleaned without chemicals, and was able to effectively remove stains and make things sparkle. I was sent an email before the service confirming my priority list of areas that needed to be cleaned so that everything would be done to my satisfaction. The company communication was professional, and the technician was clearly well trained and motivated to take care of all aspects of the cleaning service. Highly recommended.

Fresh Tech Maid provided one of the best cleaning services my home has ever had. I asked them to focus on the main areas of the house that really needed some cleaning attention. From start to finish the entire team did an amazing job. The service was top notch. Fresh Tech Maid Service really cares about the quality of work they perform. I also like the philosophy of using environmentally friendly cleaning products to clean my home. The level of communication from scheduling to performing the service was fantastic. The technician was very professional and skilled at cleaning. I was astonished at how clean my bathroom and kitchen were at the end of the service. I don't think I have ever seen my microwave so clean, the next day I had some friends over and they asked if I had purchased new appliances. I can't say enough about the high quality of service with Fresh Tech. When I got home I almost didn't recognize my house! My whole kitchen sparkled & it looked like I'd gotten new kitchen appliances. What's more is that the cleaning was all done naturally without the use of harsh chemicals. I will sing the praises of Fresh Tech from the hilltops & am now thinking that while none of us needs any more "stuff" that this would be a great gift for birthday, the holidays or just because. They were pleasant on the phone but they didn't service my area. I got a refund and found someone else to do the job.

I couldn't get ahold of them - every time I called, they were too busy. I spoke with one lady who was going to schedule my appointment, but she said she had to call me back because she was too busy. I never heard from her again.

They were so thorough and pleasant. It made such a huge difference with how clean our house is! They used ionized water, which make the appliances look great. Besides environmental concerns, we keep kosher. The house came out beautiful. We even hired them one time after I bought the Big Deal because we liked them so much. I would recommend them, and would use them again! They were so accomodating and worked with me on how I liked things cleaned.

They were very nice, pleasant, and professional. They were apologetic that they weren't able to service my area. I ended up doing the work myself.

The person leaving the last "c" left no comment, and for the others complaining about the "high cost", get a reality check up. What do you think it costs to run a business and pay these women anything near a decent wage. A plumber was here 2 days ago to only INSTALL a faucet , which took 20 minutes, and charged $200.

I really love the concept of chemical free cleaning and also love the fact that I don't come home to a superficial or chemical smelling home. The techs that have cleaned my home are professional, conscientious and have done an incredible job. I'm very pleased with my service.
