Our job entailed removing and replacing an old, leaky, neo-angle corner shower. The other companies we contacted were either too expensive, too busy, or not interested in our job. I was so glad that Envy was at our pricepoint and easily worked with our schedule. The entire team working on our project was awesome. Jed the sales rep, Francisco the project manager, and John the installer are all top notch. I cannot say enough great things about John. He is amazingly meticulous. The new shower was about an inch smaller than the original, and he did a great job with fixing the flooring, walls, and baseboard to line up, and it looks perfect. There was some rot in the subflooring, an issue with the original plumbing, and other little hiccups, but he handled each and every one professionally. He was very respectful of our home, and was tidy, pleasant, and polite. Francisco was great to work with as well. He was instrumental in helping me pick the right materials for the job. I appreciated being able to purchase the materials ourselves to save on costs, and Francisco double-checked everything to make sure it would fit and that I had all the parts needed to complete the job. The team truly went above and beyond for our project. I could not be happier with the results and highly recommend them.

Perfectly. Adam, Bill and the 2 man crew were very easy to work with. The men were meticulous in every thing that was done. The room looks fabulous and everyone says that it is an unbelievable addition to my home. Every detail, wood trim, soaring windows and ceiling were as promised and even better than promised. Adam and his crew were fantastic. They were responsive and meticulous. The two men who actually built the room were courteous and conscientious. The room turned out nicer than I dreamed and everyone who sees it is amazed. I am in it as much as I can! It is not an inexpensive room, but looks like a million dollars! I highly recommend Envy.

The roof is excellent quality and looks fantastic. We were kept informed of when the materials for the job arrived and when we could expect the work to be completed. Everything went very well with no problems. We are very happy with our new sunroom roof. It makes the entire sunroom look brand new. We are really enjoying the extra space our sunroom gives us.

Everything person I spoke to and work with at asunrooms by Envy was professional, courteous and honest. The price was right and the job was completed on time! I would definitely hire them for future projects!

It was among the best construction experiences we have had with our home. The timeline that was given when we ordered was met. The workers were very skilled at what they were doing and cleaned up after each phase of the job. The job included the removal of the existing deck and the concrete footings. Additionally being a wheelchair bound individual there were some extra issues that had to be addressed i.e., a 27 foot ramp for my power wheelchair, access from both sides of the room, moving water service, running a natural gas line for our grill , to mention a few. Adam who was the sale representative did an excellent job detailing the process and timelines, He contacted us throughout the process to insure that we were pleased with the progress of the room. Bill who was production manager checked on progress regularly., The three man work crew led by Gabriel did a quality job. All permits with our village were secured by the company and met all requirements for the various inspections for footings, electric connections, plumbing and final approval. Often the various village inspectors commented on the excellent quality of the work that was done. We would recommend Envy without any reservation,

We are so happy with our sunroom. We have spent so much time in there already. Communication was great. Envy even adjusted their schedule to accommodate a foundation repair we had to have done during construction. Adam and Bill were very professional and were open to any suggestions or requests we had.

Everything went very well from start to finish. Adam (our sales consultant) came out and showed us pictures and explained the process of having the work done. He was very knowledgeable, informative, professional and easy to contact. Bill (the construction manager) was out to measure and make sure everything was in order. The guys did a great job of installing our screen room. It looks fantastic and we have received compliments from all of our neighbors. The whole experience of dealing with Envy was trouble free and they kept us informed throughout the whole project. We would definitely recommend them and wouldn't hesitate to use them again in the future!

Overall, we are very pleased with the outcome. Adam came to offer an estimate of the project - he is very thorough and responsive. I do think that he paints a very optimistic of the process -- our process took much longer due to an oversight that we feel they by should have been aware of. That being said, we were in no rush and wanted to make sure the process was done well. Envy was patient and allowed us to complete the job at our own rate. The actual construction of the sunroom is quite good. One concern is that water leaks into the bottom part of the window frame after heavy rains, but I was told that that is to be expected. It does not seem to be a problem, but we will see how it goes in the summer months. Our new sunroom is wonderful. Despite a couple of setbacks, we would make the same decision and use Envy again.
