What an amazing company! We were updated every couple of days with progress from start to finish. Everyone within Envy Home Services is extremely responsive and made sure all our questions were answered in a timely manner. Our new three season room is BEAUTIFUL! Could not be happier. I would also like to say our installers Jesus and Leo were AMAZING, They were very personable and hard working. They cleaned up every day before they left. Overall I could not be more satisfied with the whole project start to finish. I would highly recommend them!

From the start, Envy was the best contractor we've ever worked with. For our sunroom and steps, they dealt with the permitting, the demo of the hideous old mudroom, and every aspect of the build. There were no "surprise" charges and the entire crew from design to delivery had top notch attention to detail. Unique to 2020 (we hope), they handled the pandemic-related delays with aplomb and kept us abreast of the shipping delays. They were also patient with our custom materials' delay. The workers were conscientious and careful not to damage the plants in the yard. The clean up of the space was great. The final product is... like a dream. It is the space to which we retreat to relax and surpasses our expectations. We got the wooden wall against the house which was a solid decision. One regret: we should have gotten windows where we had panels installed between the top of the main windows and the ceiling... more light is better even when the room is 270 degrees of windows. To his credit, Adam said this when we did the design, but we second-guessed him.

I love my sunroom! Favorite room in the house!!! Nick was a pleasure to work with and definitely a asset to the company!! Had the pleasure of meeting Wayne as well and he is a great guy with a great personality! Would recommend them for sure to anyone!!!

Excellent. Covid 19 slowed things down initially but everything went smoothly once construction materials became available. Crew was professional and efficient. Adam and Yancy were very responsive to any questions and issues. The patio enclosure is the talk of the neighborhood. Highly recommended.

Having a sunroom has always been on my wish list for things for our new home and we couldn't be happier with the 3 seasons room that Envy built for us. There was excellent communication, the process was very smooth, the quality of the craftmanship is outstanding, and this has become my favorite room of the house. I would strongly recommend Envy. Fantastic! Adam, Bill and the crew were all great, professional and responsive. They did as planned and completed the project with a perfect end result! I would highly recommend this company for any sunroom or season room addition. They really have it down to a clean process and kept on schedule (outside of weather delays) throughout the process. They also answered all of our questions throughout the project and helped us with recommendations and ideas for lighting, fans, flooring, etc. Even when a small hiccup occurred, they rectified and handled immediately. While getting multiple quotes is always helpful (which we did) our choice was a great one with the end result. We absolutely love this room.

Work was top notch, neat and efficient. Clean up was so good, you'd never know we had work done. Our only hang up was getting the paperwork completed to turn into our insurance company, but it was finally resolved.

Follow-up once job was completed with concerns and additional work needed was unsatisfactory. They do not return calls, promised to schedule a technician within 2 weeks and have not heard back from them and cannot reach anyone on their telephone system..it just loops thru different extensions to leave a message... and no responses returned. Terrible customer service.

Everyone was great to work with! Sunroom turned out great! Only issue was project took longer than expected but that was likely more to do with city permitting than Envy.

The entire project went quite well from the initial consultation to the final inspection. The team at Envy Sunrooms were very nice and professional to work with from Sales to construction team and the electricians. The only reason our projected lasted longer than expected was due to the amount of rain we had this Spring. I would definitely recommend Envy Sunrooms to my family, friends and neighbors who are interested in doing this type of project on their home.

Exceptionally well. From first contact to meeting with very informative consultant/agent to the very professional and particular construction of the entire project. Per the Building Inspector: “one of best constructions” inspected. Price a little higher than other companies - but you receive excellence for it. We love our sunroom and it is now our favorite room!

Envy was amazing from the start to the finish of this project!! Adam the salesperson was knowledgeable and kept me informed at all phases from contract to permits to build to warranty. The project manager, Dan, was really great to work with .. he checked on scheduling my time and his resources and they always showed up as expected! The team that poured the concrete and built the structure were awesome as well. Very respectful of my property and my house. I cannot recommend this company more .. they were amazing to work with ... such a breathe of fresh air in contractors! Oh I forgot to mention ... they got the job done 3 weeks before I expected it (cause the weather cooperated). 5 stars plus!!

The job was done fast, and professional. The finished work, sunroom, and deck, was excellent. Communication was always great, I was always informed during the process. It went extremely well. Adam returned our inquiry promptly and then worked around our very hectic schedules. He listened to what we wanted and designed the perect space for us. The job went smoothly (from permits to carpenters, electricians and inspectors) and was completed two days ahead of schedule. [There was already a foundation in place (7ft x 12ft) from a deck that we removed, so they used that footprint reducing the cost of the project.]

Adam Kingen from Envy Home Services came out to our home and inspected the sun room and the roof. He indicated that Envy has done this type of work as well as complete sun rooms for many years and it was something they could replace for us so everything would be as good as new. He sent someone out to measure everything, told us what all our options were and then provided us with a detailed quote for the job. After we approved everything he scheduled the work to fit our schedule and the crew came out and performed all of the roof removal and installation work to perfection. My wife and I were and are thrilled with the quality and the appearance of the new roof. It really improved our old sunroom and now we are looking forward to many more years of happily using it. They were very responsive from the beginning. The quality of their work is great, the service is also great. The sales team was very knowledgable, the project manager very responsive and professional, and their crew was excellent over all. Price wise they were not the lowest, but the value is there. I recommend them 100%.
