AWFUL!!!!!!!!!! Once Crest Furniture charged my credit card over two thousand dollars everything was terrible! I could never speak with the Arlington Heights, Illinois in Illinois!. I left dozens of phone calls when the sofa arrived damaged upon delivery!. I must have been on the phone all day after the sofa arrived!!!. I paid $99.00 for an extended Five Year warranty. I lost the warranty. I received a phone call from Janice my salesperson. Her words were"You have the original and only copy!!!!!". Janice never addressed or mentioned any resource or solution if a problem arose without the warranty!. Just " Have A Nice Day"......... Crest Furniture is great to if you are looking AT Furniture Just Do Not PURCHASE FROM!!!!!! Learn from my expensive and terrible purchasing from Crest Furniture located in Arlington Heights, Illinois. If you see Crest Furniture store WAVE GOODBYE!!!!. Cindi

At first I thought everything was going to go smoothly. We were working with Lorii Hampton who promised the moon. "I'm putting a rush on it" and "if you don't have your pillows by the time you get your couch you can come in and take the ones we have on the couch on display" and "I'm pushing this through so you won't have to wait for it since it usually takes four to six weeks and you're moving May 1st." Unfortunately, there was a death in her family. While she was gone we added to the $1,800 purchase by buying another $1,000 of furniture. But then she returned and what about the promised delivery and rush job? Excuse after excuse, requiring many follow up phone calls because they're not pro-active about anything. They don't initiate calls with information, you have to chase them down. At first they didn't know what the delay was, then they told some story about a rip in the couch fabric, and they continued pushing the date out further and further. When we asked them to deliver the bedroom furniture with the living room table and only charge for one delivery they acted like they were doing us a HUGE favor by begrudgingly agreeing to do that, adding "this is a one time thing and we won't be willing to do this again for you." Excuse me? You're not doing us any favors, you should have offered that and MORE to us pro-actively to make good on failed promises! So here it is June 17th and while additional yelling at them has gotten them to agree to delivering the living room chairs at no charge, they're saying they won't have the couch until June 24th. Like we would believe anything they have to say at this point. I called them on Thursday, June 14th and left a message on their machine (during their work hours - I guess they have caller ID) asking them to call me and leaving my cell phone number since it's always on and always with me. No return call from them. Shocking. I have a younger son moving out of the house after the first of the year. Guess where we WON'T be going to buy his furniture? Crest!!! I highly recommend people pass on giving them any business - they're just awful!
Description of Work: I helped my son purchase furniture for his first apartment on April 14, 2012 and not all of it has been delivered as of June 17, 2012. TERRIBLE experience!!!!

This company is nice and easy to deal with. They have high quality furniture and I have purchased different pieces from them. Their sales people are very knowledgeable and helpful. The delivery men are pleasant and put the furniture just where I want it.
