Ray was here on the day of my choosing. He gave me a one hour window 9-10. Was here at 9. The whole thing took less than an hour. Took a lot of pictures and answered all my questions. I was supposed to get the appraisal by Wednesday and I'm writing this on Tuesday. I recommend them without hesitation

My appraiser, Ray, gets my vote. He's the nicest person that has come into my home. Friendly, smiling, making me feel comfortable and safe. I'm a 74 year old lady with MS. I'm usually a bit apprehensive with strangers coming into my house. But Ray was non-threatening and so polite. Thanks AnDel Appraisers, and thank you, Ray!

The Inspector was really nice and accomidating when they inspected my property and I got my report back fairly quickly! I would definetly reccomend and use again!
