This is the second time I have used American Fence Professionals. The first time to replace some rotted posts for my cedar fence. This time to replace two gates for the same fence. I have been so happy with their response, quality of work, and professionalism ant at a fair price. Not only would I recommend them, I will use them for future repairs.

I received an estimate within an hour of making the request, and the crew arrived promptly the next morning to do the work. Appreciated the company being willing to be so attentive to a relatively small repair job. Many companies do not want to bother unless it is a major job. We were very grateful about the speedy service because we have dogs and young kids and a disabled gate is a big problem.

The contractors did put caps on the post tops. And they got the payment in full but didn't give me a receipt or invoice. When I called the office, I was told the job manager would provide the invoice but I've never heard from him since then. Will never use this service again.

I had two estimates. One wanted to completely redo the fence when a lot of the fence was still in good shape. Iâ m glad I called American Fence Professionals first. The person who provided the estimate gave me a lot of good information and the installation team was on time and professional and continued to give me advice. They did a great job.

They kept me updated every step of the way and the day of the fence repair the guys that showed up were very quick and professional.

They were, fast, efficient and professional. I have used them twice now and will call on them for all my future fencing needs.

After contacting many other fence repair companies they were the only ones to actually come out and give me an estimate. All the others were too busy installing new fences, or they only repaired fences they originally installed, or never contacted me back. I sent Steve a contact message in the morning, he contacted me by noon and came out that day for an estimate. I accepted the estimate and he was out the next week and fixed the fence. Did really great work and cleaned up after themselves.

Steve & crew did a great job on my fence replacement. They were prompt, courteous, worked hard and cleaned up. I highly recommend them.

I was on vacation when they did the work so they totally worked with my schedule. I did not need to be present and I took care of the bill when I got back home.

I would rate their sales rep, Rich, as five star. The work produced two issues - incomplete nailing of the fence to the posts, and damage to the adjoining ground cover., I emailed the office in addition to leaving a phone message. The only way I got a response was by directly calling Rich. He was great! The man came out to remedy the nail issue. However, he was nonchalant about the ground cover, saying it needed cleaning and that it would recover. He also said that it was the only route that could be used. If some imagination had been used, the landscaping wouldn't have had to sustain damage. He gave me the impression that he just didn't care.

I was looking for someone to replace a section of fence that was damaged when a tree limb fell on it. I couldn't find anyone who wanted to do the small job. They wanted to replace the whole fence. American Fence got back to me right away and he was able to take a look and quote right away. The work was done very promptly and looks great. They cleaned up well when they were done and were very nice to work with.

Had to replace two posts and reattach the fence section that had fallen in the windstorm. They did a great job.

Prompt fast service

They showed up with a crew to add to the fence line where the fence had been moved, or where a tree had opened up a gap. They finished the project while I was at work, and the dogs can not get out now. Great job.
