My roof got messed up in a single story home

I asked this company for a quote on a new roof because I noticed a leak in my roof. Mark called me back immediately upon receiving my information and came out the next day. I thought the worst, that I needed a new roof. He examined my roof and located the source of the leak. A nail had pushed up through the shingles and made a small hole. He then fixed the leak for me and spent the next HOUR looking for anything that could be problematic in the future and sealing those too. He explained everything very well and said that the shingles were in good condition and should last at least 10 more years! All he asked for was a little gas money in return. I can not believe the honesty and absolute â above and beyondâ ! I have NEVER had as good of an experience with a professional as I had with Perkins, and thank you so much Mark!

BEWARE, Perkins took our money but never came back to do the work! We signed a contract with Perkins All-Star in October, 2021, for a partial roof replacement. We wrote a check for $1500, which was cashed by Perkins, but they have never come back to do the work. Our salesman, Ray, does not return our call or texts. We have left several messages on the main number, and we have gotten no response. This is a sham company, DO NOT USE!

Like any other contractor, people make mistakes or oversights and ought to be allowed to make corrections. I am very satisfied with the Perkins crew. Good work.

Paul is very personable. His crew that came over is very skilled at what they do. They did a great job. We had a basement remodel that we are very happy with so far.

Perkins did siding, windows and rebuilt the screened in porch back in Feb 2020. They did an amazing job!!! Working with both Paul and Lauren was wonderful. They are both amazing. The crew that did the work was equally amazing. I would highly recommend this company for any construction needs. The price was very reasonable for all the work that was done. If I could give them 10 stars I would!!!

Contractor very responsive and helpful. The work team worked well and quickly. Only reason I didn't rate work quality over 2.5 is I'm not familiar enough with the work to know. I figure it this way if there is no leaking anymore it would be a 5 star. Till it rains again, I won't know.

Several roof leaks since BRAND NEW ROOF was out on. Paul Perkins admits fault and refuses to fix the interior damage that has been done. I have all pictures, videos and communications documented. This has been OVER 1 year of a constant battle with Paul with zero resolutions. I would NOT recommend this company.

I highly recommend Perkins. I had my roof replaced and they did a great job. Ty provided a fair and very competitive price without *nickel-and-diming* me. Even though it was early in the season, my roof was replaced as soon as the weather allowed it. I got several quotes before I selected Perkins and everyone projected 4 days to get the work done. Perkins did a thorough job and finished in two days. Tys people worked long hours and cleaned up very well after they were done. Thank you!

There were a few mishaps during my roofing process. Nothing completely at the fault of Perkins, but mishaps nonetheless. It was discovered during the roofing process that my home had zero insulation. This was found when nails went through my ceiling... but my ceiling was actually my roof deck. The Perkins team made sure to remove all nails that had gone through and worked to prevent more from going through. They worked to help with the insulation problem but there was not much they could do do at the point they were at. When winter came and I developed an ice dam (due to no insulation) and two leaks in my ceiling Perkins was back right away to solve the problem and help prevent further issues. There was some debris left after completion but not much. Overall I would recommend Perkins for your roofing needs. Their pricing was fair and they responded right away to the issues that arose. I just couldn't give a full 5 stars.

Excellent work and just as important work at a very fair price. I would highly recommend them. If I could, I would provide before and after pictures since my roof not only needed replacement, it was severely damaged. Thanks for a job well done.

Ty and Paul were very easy to work with. Biggest problem we had other than my roof being a tough job was mother nature. Once we had a break in the rain the guys worked hard and did an AWESOME job!! We had some obstacles to overcome simply because the roof had 3 layers and there were some steep angles to deal with. Everyone communicated well and I would highly recommend them to anyone!
