"Mr. [Member Name Removed] signed a contract for bi-weekly lawn cutting. Clipping removal was not included in his contract. Upon arrival for his first cut, his grass was 3 feet long. We were not aware of this height, but we cut it anyway for the agreed upon amount. We did not charge anything additional for our services. We continued to mow on our agreed upon dates to cut, UNTIL, however, Mr. [Member Name Removed] did not pay his bill. We bill monthly and his payment was 3 weeks late. After calling, texting, email and leaving messages with no answer from him. We suspended services. He finally answered a couple weeks later. After missing 2 cuts and 3 weeks later. He finally paid the previous months bill. We went back to the property to continue with cutting the following week, however his grass was just far too unkept at this point and measured at 18" long. He kept denying it. He now needed a full clean up of his property. We let him know the additional charges it would take to make his lawn cuttable again and nice looking, which included removing many cubic yards of lawn clippings, weeds, etc. He did not want to pay the amount needed for the full clean up, so per contract we canceled the contract with him as we could not mow his lawn in that condition. Had service been paid for on time, services would have continued and the grass would have been manageable. This made him mad, so he then marked his previous payment for completed services as fraud. The payment was returned to him by his bank. I was also charged fees for this. To this day we have not been paid for the services provided to him for his first month of completed services. Unfortunately, Mr. [Member Name Removed] was very hard to work with and did not understand that no payment meant no cut. He has threatened to try and bring my company down by doing things such as making our name look bad online. I am happy to be done with him and would recommend everyone to never work with this shady character."
