They scheduled a time that was convenient for me. All my windows were installed in one day. They are polite, and professional. I was worried about having a mess leftover but they cleaned everything up and took the old windows away.

Ron and his crew did our roof that has three roof windows, They came at seven were done by one thirty, they were just terrific.  Everything was cleaned up after in the yard and all over.  I would recommend them to everyone.  We were so please we are going to have another project done by them.  This was a complete job of taking off the old shingles and he replaced a few boards just a super job  They even had a magnet to pick up all the nails in the grass.  Just terrific.

However in fall of 2013, I noticed the water stain on my kitchen ceiling had returned. I called a plumber, thinking it was something minor. The plumber that came out was from Sump Pump King and said that he did not want to touch it and in fact advised me to sue the contractor. After leaving several messages and relaying what the plumber had said, I was finally able to get Ron from Accurate out to the house with a plumber. I followed up with Ron for both invoices, one for the original repair and one for the second as well as fixing the ceiling in the kitchen that was stained again. Ron said he wanted to wait a while and see if the water spots got any bigger which I agreed to.  About a month later, I noticed that the water stain was spreading and called Ron with Accurate. When he got to my house, he came up with every excuse in the book as to why the leak was still there. It was that my daughters broke the toilet or the siding on the outside was leaking, there's a slow drain, etc., etc., etc. When his son, Ryan got to my house, he said it was the toilet. I will say that the tile work and painting that Ryan did was impeccable. Once Ryan started scraping the ceiling, there was nothing but mold and he ended up cutting a large section out of the ceiling so that he could spray the anti-microbial spray and then let it air out for a few days. Ron then stated that he wouldn't be able to do anything for less than $500 but would repair the ceiling and throw in the other work for $1,000. I said ok, but quickly reconsidered. I called Ron about 20 minutes later as I did not feel comfortable having him do any additional work until the leak had been resolved. I told Ron that I only wanted the ceiling fixed at this point and that I did not feel it was fair that I should have to pay any additional costs. After all, I have already paid my $1,000 deductible and the insurance has paid the balance, and this is all stemming from the original problem. If it had been fixed properly the first time, there would have been no further issues. Ron said he would call me back. He did call me back a couple days later and left a voicemail. That was on February 11, 2014, I have since called him back and as customary, he either does not return my calls or says I'll call you back and never does. The leak and gaping hole in my ceiling are still there. I also have yet to receive any detailed invoices and my homeowners insurance has stated they will not renew my policy without these. Lesson learned!

I had Accurate contracting completely renovate the exterior of my rental house in October. They installed Vinyl replacement windows for my entire house at about half the cost of the other estimates I received. The owner, Ron Peterson, was very knowledgeable and they provided many choices of windows to choose from. The crew was very professional and courteous. They completed the job in one day and cleaned up the job site very well when they were finished. If your looking for honest reliable service this is the place to go!

Mr Petersen said he would pick the start date due to weather, that was fine with me. Week one went by with no work due to rain. Mr Petersen called on Friday and said he would arrive on Monday ready to go to work. Workers arrived on Monday at 7am. By 6pm the work was DONE. A thorough cleenup was executed.
Mr. Petersen not only finished in one day as he said he would, he was right on budget. My neighbor could not believe the shingles were done in a day.
Actually, the job was completed one week early.
I am completely satisfied with the job.

On June 18, 2011 a hail storm damaged my roof while I was on vacation. I called Accurate Contracting to explain my situation and they promptly sent someone to my home to evaluate and secure the roof damage.  Since I was out of town I was concerned about details regarding the insurance company and proper repairs.  In my absence, Mr. Peterson met the adjustor and handled all the necessary details.  The damage was repaired quickly, professionally and garbage was cleaned before I returned from my vacation.  I was so impressed with their quality of work and timely manor that I hired them to do kitchen and bathroom repairs a few months later.
