Furniture - Sales
The sales person we spoke to to buy the furniture was confused and appeared to not know what they were doing. I paid cash and they kept asking me to finance the furniture (I told the sales person 4 times that I do not want to finance). When negotiating price sales person frequently left and talked to her boss to see what was going on and if it was ok. It took 2 hours to buy the furniture. I asked the sales person if they were new, they said no been there several years. Sales person kept adding items onto bill without our approval (items such as a mattress pad cover) and she said that was the only way to reduce the price of the product. Sales person did a poor job at explaining what was going on. Only reason we stayed was due to the sale going on.
The only thing that went well was the delivery of furniture.

I had nothing but problems with the purchase I made. They would not return the money and they were not willing to help with anything.

It was wonderful. They were friendly, extremely careful on delivery. They put covers over their shoes. They were very accommodating with appointment times.
