When I called to set up appointment they asked how I got coupon. I advised them Angies List. They told me I was outside the territory for using coupon. Coupon did not tell of any specific area only. My coupon was refunded.

They were on time and did a good job. they also cleaned up after them selves.

Very responsive and professional. The price was fair, the work was done well. Took extra care to preserve our mature bushes during their work.

Can't say enough good things. Took care in trimming a bit at a time checking with me all the way. As they said, easy to take more but can't put it back.the result: a hidden home becomes a visual gem. Courteous, prompt, professional!

Services were performed as outlined. Fair price, Convenient scheduling, professional equipment, etc. However, assigned tree trimmer (the individual himself) trimmed way more than I wanted - Tree looks scalped - Disappointed - Will be a few years before it begins to look full again. I would use J&S Tree Services for a complete tree removal, but not so sure I would use them for tree trimming, again, unless another worker did the job.

We engaged J&S Tree Service to trim one mature tree in our yard. The scope of work was expanded to include trimming of a second tree and removal of a third after their initial visit. Work was done well, pricing was fair, and clean-up was thorough.

I have an ash tree that my mom previously had treated. I knew it was a matter of time before it needed to be cut down and the large limb that fell off was that sign. I called two companies about removal of the limb from my patio and also removal of the tree. I first left a message on Stephanie's voicemail and she called back within 20 minutes. She came by the end of the day to give an estimate. They were able to work me in the next day. The crew was fantastic. They were efficient, friendly and funny. The cleaned up very well my yard and my neighbors who they used to chop and chip the wood.

Generally well, but they refused to take down one limb which had been included in the estimate without extra money.

Great. They did a great job and cleaned up after themselves. They cut an extra branch off because they felt it was about to come down. No charge for that. I asked them to cut 18" long pieces from the limbs they cut down for a friend who has a fireplace. They did willingly. Will use them again.

I really like them. The total cost would have been $500 without the coupon. Their price average. They are good, conscientious and clean. They were right on time. They went above and beyond. They took off an extra branch because they were worried about it. They were trimming my neighbors tree that was hanging over my garage roof. They were worried about it so they just took it off. I will absolutely use them again.

Took a few weeks to get scheduled. Crew showed up after 5pm no notice on lateness but they were very good.

Fast, efficient and no mess left behind! Knew exactly what type of tree it was which I have never know in the. 60 years I was here. Took extreme care of my personal property while was being preformed. I will be using them again this year.

They did a fantastic job. I am very happy with the final result without a few branches next to my window and overhanging my garage. It feels so open now. I was a bit nervous when the one guy repelled down the tree with the electric saw hanging from his belt. I was so scared he might land on it. Luckily he did not. I am planning on having them out again.

They did an excellent job. I would definitely hire them again.

It was a wonderful experience! I received a call back right away and was able to get an estimate later that same week. They did a great job on the trees. The bushes were removed and taken away.

They were fantastic and I'm already referring them to friends in the area. Stephanie was quick with a estimate and answered all the questions I had. Jorge and his crew were efficient, fast, and clean. They were more than willing to look at other things (I didn't originally get quoted) in my yard that needed attention and took care of them.

Excellent, they were very responsive in setting up the appointment and did a great job when on the property. It went quickly, the cleanup was great, and they spent time answering a couple questions and offering advice on what our plans were, advice that did not involve them doing more work, just helpful advice. Very pleased and will definitely seek them out for future work.

I cant say enough good things about this company. I hired them again after they did such a great job with my emergency tree situation. They removed 2 very large pine trees and trimmed back the oaks. Fair price, great work & cleanup and awesome employees. I don't foresee any more tree projects in my future, but if one comes up I will definitely call them.

I can not give this company enough praise. They are very professional and fair in their pricing. They came out removed the tree, cleaned up and hauled it away in less than an hour. All of their employees did a fantastic job and I would highly recommend them. I will be hiring them again soon to do some non-emergency work in our backyard.

It was great! They were responsive, arrived when they said they would, and when I discovered one or two small spots they'd missed (a lot of earth was disrupted so I'm not surprised something got covered in the process), they returned quickly to finish up.

Work was done quickly and professionally. George explained everything and provided advice on how to do the job properly. Crew was very friendly. Cleanup was great.

It went great. Stephanie was the contact on the phone and she was very helpful in understanding the unusual circumstances. Her crew arrived promptly. The men were very courteous (introducing themselves before beginning work) and very efficient. The crew (6 or 7) handled everything like clockwork. No one stood idle and watched. They were very professional and careful and very thorough in their cleanup. I would not hesitate to hire again.
