I thought the experience was fine. The person I met with, the moving consultant, was very professional. I did not go with them because I got a lower quote. I found a smaller company that could do a same day pick up and drop off. If I move again, I will call them to get as many quotes as I can.

They arrived on time, loaded everything professionally and had a coordinator available to work with me in organizing everything. They worked with my schedule to coordinate delivering the furniture to the new house based on my driving time.

We tried to call to schedule an out of state shipment. I got transfered to voicemail and cut off every time we tried to set up the shipment. It was really frustrating and I would never call them again.

THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL. MR ANDERSON CAME TO OUR HOME AND ESTIMATED THE COST OF THE MOVE - HE WAS RIGHT ON! THE DAY OF THE MOVE, THE MOVERS SHOWED UP WITH A HUGE TRUCK AND WERE RIGHT ON TIME. VERY PROFESSIONAL. VERY CLEAN. THEY USED FLOOR COVERINGS AND WALL COVERINGS. THEY WRAPPED OUR NICE WOOD FURNITURE EXTREMELY WELL. THEY ALSO MOVED A HUGE 65'' TV. EVERYTHING WENT VERY WELL. NOTHING DAMAGED. THE MEN WERE VERY POLITE AND MOVED FAST. ALLIED/BERGER MOVERS DID A GREAT JOB. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
