On or about the end of July our 8-year-0ld TV decided to produce a yellow rainbow in the middle of the screen. We took a picture of it and took it to Quales Electonics who I have done business with for over 20 years. I showed them to Mel Quale and he explained in detail what was going on and the possible repair versus just getting a new one. The possible repair was very involved requiring the main part to be sent in the the company for repair, returned and placed back in the TV and no long term guarantee as to how long it would last with that old of TV. So while we were in the store we decided to look at the new ones so we could make a decision as to what we might want to do. There was a gentlemen there that waited on us and showed us several models and screen sizes and gave us information regarding features and prices. We left and told them we would think it over and let them know our decision. When we returned few days later, he was on vacation and so Steve Quale sat down with us and went in to more detail as to these new "Smart TV's" and what they are capable of. He spent a couple of hours going over different brands, screen sizes, features and prices. We then decided to look at a couple of 32" tv's for two really old smaller units in two other rooms, we told him we would think about it and let him know. We returned about 8-2 and proceeded to write up the order and discuss the prices, he gave a good price for buying all three and we sat up a delivery date. They delivered the 3 units and set them up programmed all the remotes, got the big one hooked up to the internet, and talked me through getting it registered and etc. They also hauled off the 3 Tv's for us which saved us from hauling them to the recycle center. They left and we proceed to watch the one in the living room in the entertainment center and realized it looked smaller then the one we pciked out on the floor. Called Steve and talked to him and found out that I actually told them the wrong TV thinking it was the 55" and was only a 52". There was no problem, or hesitation , they replaced it with the correct one reprogrammed it and everything is working fine and I am still learning some more about how smart the tv is, but love it. This is why I would never do busines with any other electronic business as I feel they are trust worthy, honest, and take care of the needs, questions and concerns of thier customers.
Description of Work: They did very well from the start of the business to the finish. Very pleased with the service.
