horrible, waited 45 minutes just to get some help in discussing carpet, then the guy who came didnt work in the section and so we had to wait longer, then the person who came from the department began to help people who just walked in to the department after we had been waiting over an hour after being told we had been waiting, and his response was i am sorry we are busy, carpet was measured wrong, we at first were over charged by $210 and had to go back and speak with management to get it take care of we ended up hiring someone else to lay the carpet , did not want to have these people in our home
