I have been a first federal customer for 30 years but have primarily used the office on Shoshone St as it is closer to where I live. However, I do on occasion use the other branches for deposits/withdrawals and ATM if I am on their side of town and have had no bad experiences or problems with any of them. They to are very professional, courteous, and efficient and I highly recommend any of the First Federal Banks as a safe, friendly and secure bank with a highly professional staff.

Everybody is there and ready to help and answer all your questions or concerns. I have always used the branch downtown on Shoshone St because it is the closest to where I live, but feel any of the branches have the same high quality service. So I recommend them highly
