BLIP PRINTERS

I went into Blip Printeres over a month ago to have labels printed for my spice jars. After discussing whether they could print them and being that they could I ask for a price. I was speaking with Pat and she quoted me $10. I thought well that is a good price and I mentioned to her that I was glad it wasn't as much as I had paid for the spice jars, so I told her we had a deal. She called me down there several tiems to discuss the font and the size of the font, when they had it right I singed off and they took over a week to print. Well yesterday I get a message on my voicemail they were ready and the price was $44.13, that by the way is more then what I paid for the spice rack. When I called her back and questioned the price saying she quoted me $10, she said that the graphic charge had not been included in the price she quoted me. Well I always thought when you ask for a price that should include everything and there should be no surprises at the end, but in this case I was wrong. I am not saying they didn't go thorugh alot of trouble, including myself going down there so many times and Pat was very nice and the labels are nice, but I am not happy about the price. So make sure if you have anything printed you ask if there are any charges they are not mentioning. Had I known the actual price I would have never had them pritned. If they were not nice and the labels turned out terrible, I would have gven them a 1 star, needless to say they have lost my business in the future.
