Installation was great. It all went down hill when I got the bill. He tried to bill me for a larger vacuum unit than what they installed. He also gave me less of a power head than what he had promised and tried to bill me for. His explanation for the "bait-n-switch" was that it was an accident. After we got this all worked out the hose had problems which he took care of (took a week, but he took care of it). Then the wall plate busted and it has been like this for over a month now. I even told him I would fix it if he would get me the part he got me one part and it was wrong then I went to pick up the part the next time and it wasn't even close to being the right part. Every time I leave a voice mail his voice mail mysteriously is not getting his messages to him. The only time I can reach him is if I call from work because my number doesn't show up on his caller ID. We absolutely love the vacuum and the installation was is quality. The service just stinks. I have since found out I am not the only one he has tried the 'bait-n-switch" on. Next time I will go to Merlin's or Joanns for my central vacuum needs.
