 + -1 morePRP is a terrible rental company. During the winter, when its regularly below zero, it took them more than 2 weeks to send someone to look at and fix my heaters. My bathtub got clogged and it took them a week to take care of it. They don't take care of issues in a timely manner and they are closed on the weekend so if something happens you're SOL until Monday morning. I usually pay rent early and/or pay for a few months at a time, this time I had the money after work on Friday after they were closed, so I called and left a message to let them know I'd bring it by on Monday morning because I'm not comfortable with putting my rent in a dropbox and I couldn't bring it in on the weekend because they were closed. They still charged me a late fee even though I tried to communicate with them. They are not very understanding of your circumstances. I would NOT recommend this company to renters or to owners of property looking for a management service.
