+ -1 moreI have always liked their service department. They have made a few changes since Findlay took over. They are friendly and upbeat. They try and accommodate the customer. They are good people; I like them over there. They are open and seem to be honest. I really appreciate that kind of customer service and that kind of warmth; I don’t find that everywhere. I was really amazed at how inexpensive it was.
Description of Work: I go to Findlay Nissan Post Falls for auto service. My last visit there was for an oil change.

+ -1 moreThey are the only Hyundai dealer in the area. There were a couple of things that needed to be serviced and I had to pay for them. The pricing is about what you would expect from a car dealer these days. It didn't take long to get an appointment. They were punctual and professional. I would use them again. They were timely. There was no trouble getting an appointment for service. The pricing was fair as it goes these days. They were friendly and cooperative. They had a nice place to sit while you waited for your car. I didn't have any trouble with the repairs they did.
Description of Work: Findlay Hyundai, Post Falls serviced our car probably around September.
