Their training is totally lacking which I found out the hard way spending an hour trying to figure out how to use a gift card. I found out that I needed to first use my debit card for a certain amount and pay the remaining amount with the gift card. I asked what happens if you do not have any other form of payment and only have the gift card. Then they will accept it as payment. These gift cards are none refundable. All this is specifically for the WinCo Gift Cards.

Unlike Walmart, Winco employee are very friendly and very quick in responding to inquiries. I had trouble finding WIC items but the manager showed me every aisle I needed to go to. Also, he was able to direct me to all the organic produce I was looking for. The cashiers there are always very friendly even at midnight.
Description of Work: The manager at the Nampa Winco helped me find produce and WIC items.
