Excellent service! Service one day after I called. Very professional and honest. Advised of some plumbing issues that were not up to code. Will definitely hire again.

They were very prompt and when they did a few things that were not in the original estimate that caused them to lose a few hours they were there first thing in the morning to finish the job.  They stayed a little late so we could use our new shower and did not make us feel like we were imposing on their time.  I truly enjoyed having them do the work and would use them again with no reservations!

The guys that came were very professional, and polite. One was the lead and trainer of the other one. After I explained my issues and that I wanted a new faucet installed that I had bought they set out to figure out the leak. They figured out that the drain attachments to the sink were not the correct size for the sink drain hole and that the putty the previous plumbers had used had finally hardened, broken, and fallen out allowing water to leak into the cabinet under the counter. They had to go all the way into Boise for the correct fitting, and then they replaced the faucet which they had to do some adjustments for also. They were very professional and explained the details I ask about as they worked. They charged me for the job not the hours they were here nor travel time. I highly recommend Wickstrom Plumbing for all your plumbing needs. They are easy to work with and I appreciated their suggestions and recommendations for other items I ask about. I will be having them out again as my needs arise.

I did not compare prices but had been referred to them as priced 'reasonable'. Brad did a good job efficiently, spoke clearly of what needed doing and no extras were charged. He was professional and pleasant.

Brad was professional and helpful, returning from his van as he saw I was struggling with a leaky hose.  He easily fixed that and was on his way.  My husband and I have found the Wickstrom company both with this plumbing job and heating/ AC issues that we have had at our residence to be friendly, professional, knowledgable and very adept at communicating options.  They are our goto company!

He took the time to check three times to make sure it wasn’t the engine in there that had problem. He checked thoroughly there wasn’t anything in there.

I called their office as our gas fireplace would not ignite.  I was asked the last time it had been serviced and advised it had been over 10 years.  The person I talked to said she would recommend having it serviced for $149, which most of the time solves the problem.  I made the appointment for the next day and Jim Cobb showed up on time and was very professional.  He put covers over his shoes before entering the carpeted area and put down cloth to protect the hearth and carpet in front of the fireplace.  Jim found the problem, corrected it and cleaned and serviced the fireplace.  He even cleaned the glass doors.  I was very impressed by the service and having a $20 off coupon from their website made it even better.

We moved to Idaho last summer and had our inspector's report about some problems (of a different variety) with two gas fireplaces in our almost 2-yr old house. The wiring issue was identified early, but even though this issue was brought many times to the attention of our realtor, seller, and builder (with whom we were still within 2-yr warranty) it was never acknowledged or fixed so we decided to take matters into our own hands to get our fireplaces working. 

Jim of Wickstrom was great, starting with putting on protective footcovers before entering our house.  He was professional and personable, too.  After inspecting our situation, he needed to do a little more analysis. After checking with the manufacturer, to our delight he came back the same time the very next day knowing exactly what to do with our wiring.  He saved us a lot of money as the original wiring plan involved a third wire which if done now would require cutting through drywall since it would be done after the home was finished being built.

We are very happy that a safe, workable alternative is now in place.   We now have working gas fireplaces that we feel comfortable using since we moved here last July.   We will not hesitate to contact Wickstrom for our plumbing and HVAC needs, as well.

brad came over for a free estiment looked at what needed to be done he gave me the quote he didnt charge me to remove the wall (way cool). He and chris came back the same day did all the work and I had hot water the same day. Also when brad turned the heater on he stayed to make sure everything was working and thats when he found out a pipe was leaking to the shower and sink. He came back the next day to fix the piping in the morning. Brad and chris were both nice and professional treated my wife and I with respect and talked to us while doing the work to let us know what they were doing. Also they were very nice to my dogs (which is a big plus)

It was very easy to schedule the appointment. Brad, the service technician, arrived exactly at the estimated time. He was able to listen to the problem and look at the drains and then give me a plan and bid right away. He cleaned up everything when he was finished and gave me ideas on how to keep the drains clean in the future.

Scott's crew have been working on my old frame house{1904}since I have owned the property-late 90's! They have done everything from drain cleaning in the house as well as removing roots in my artian well drain line to the servicing of my hydro heat pump. In the spring of 2005 I started a complete renovation of the house at which time,Scott's team replaced all old plumbing with pex and installed all new drains. The last phase was having to connect new interior drains to the new septic tank drain which required breaking through the old foundation. As with all the services they done for me they were prompt and professional and the quality of their work was top notch! I can honestly say they have done everything from A to Z in plumbing in my home and there is nobody I would trust better!
