Wanted a large window replaced to one which would open. Got an estimate from David. Good price, efficient, knowledgeable. Installer great. Today a few months post-installation I called for repair as the window is dripping with water. David told me it was the dryer, the blinds, the bathroom. HOGWASH!!! No other window in my home is wet and dripping nor did the previous window ever have this issue and I’ve lived in this home 7yrs. He told me, “I don’t know what I can do about it.” Blew me off.
