 + -1 moreThey looked great when I picked them up but the roses never opened up. Took them back and they asked how hot my house is, did I water them, etc? Then they tell me they can't look up the supplier and these type of roses may not open up. They don't want to do anything to resolve the issue or make it right. Had a similiar experience with a Christmas arrangement last year. Ordered a boutonniere last year and it was not made as ordered and when we asked them to correct, they made a fuss about it. When I asked the shop to make a donation to local high school last year, they refused.
Description of Work: Purchased an arrangement of white and red roses, with white lilies and greens for my wife's birthday.
