Always thorough and friendly. They even voluntarily offered us a loyalty discount after a couple years of service. They treat far more areas of our yard, including our entire fence, and home for just a little more than other company we have used in the past (Barrier). They are also more than happy to do any extras that I request. Completely worth every penny!
