Today was the initial visit to rid eaves of wasp & spider nests also spray for ants. Andrew thoroughly explained how & what he was doing. Exceptional customer service. Looking forward not having to deal with the wasps & ants.

People will be harrased by insects without their service.

The tech called on his way to my house and was punctual on his arrival. He explained everything very clearly and provided great service. I trust that my insect issues will be resolved after my contract with them and will keep maintenance from then on.

Luis was concerned with taking good care of our needs. Answered all of our questions and reassured us that we could call at anytime with any concerns or questions. He also fully explained what we could expect.

I had a service contract with this company. I attempted for days on end to contact Edge to deal with a problem. I spent an amazing amount of time on the phone listening to music, waiting for a person. No one answered. A couple of times I talked to an answering machine and left a message. Other times I never got the answering machine. I hung up in frustration. I called every number I could find on their website, and I sent them an email. No response. I thought they may have gone out of business it was that bad. Finally I called and let the phone ring interminably until someone answered. Because they breached the covenant of good faith and fair dealing, I cancelled my contract. When you have a pest issue, you need service. Edge did not provide it. Now they want to charge me a cancellation fee even though they are the party that did not answer my calls to tell them I was not going to be home on the day scheduled for routine outdoor service, and that I needed indoor service requiring preparation on our part. Their customer service is about as bad as it gets. Hire them at your peril. Steve T.

Very professional. We've had them a couple years and are always pleased even if we need them to come again between scheduled times to spray in between if we start to see bugs they always accommodate no questions asked. Great company to use.

At first this company did a great job and had really great costumer service response when you called them. Now it took me a full week to get a response back from them to come a do a re-spray. I left a message threatening to shut down my account and they responded to that message but not the other three voicemails and two emails. Sorry this company might be on its way down when it comes to customers response times when you have to call.

This company is spot on I called them and they were right here they do a very efficient and professional job I’m very pleased.

Not the least expensive and not the most, but their environmental and animal friendly (I have an Umbrella Cockatoo - they have delicate respiratory systems) products made them my #1 Choice. Just had first service call for all pests and wasps, and mosquitoes (new construction), ensuring that nuisance bugs wonâ  t be an issue for our bird, dog, or their people. Our technician, George, was very thorough-explaining what heâ  d be doing, where, and when we could expect Edge to return. I truly hope that the level of customer service we had today will be the hallmark of all visits to follow.

Edge and Trevor are absolutely amazing and professional beyond measure. Courteous, knowledgeable, considerate. Knows without being asked to avoid spraying above our garden boxes, etc. Applies the right stuff at the right time--all with friendly advanced calls and personal follow up. They raise the bar and set the standard for customer care and service in a world of rapidly declining person attention. Excellent. Impressive!
