The techs are considerate, respectful, quick and thorough. Had been with another company for 15 years and recently made the switch to Edge - very pleased so far!

They use very out dated snap traps like what my dad used back in the 60s. When not one rodent was caught their solution was more traps. That was the only option. I caught 20 myself using plastic grocery bags. The way they gather customer satisfaction levels is dishonest and the rep I had told me stuff and then denied those things on his 2nd visit. I do not trust this company!

Edge was one of only 3 pest control companies in the Boise area available on a weekend. They offered me a great deal for and came out the next day (a Sunday) and took care of a huge hornets nest which wasn't even in my yard but overhanging my back yard from a neighbor's tree. They have done a great job all year taking care of spiders, wasps, and ants outside as well as spraying inside at no extra cost when the spider get in. They also made small improvements patching holes in the crawl spase vents using Cu mesh without request.

When I called regarding the wasp nest, they came right out and took care of it.

We live in a new construction community and every time a new hole is dug the bugs come crawling. We have had almost no spiders or bugs since using Edge about a year ago! And if we do they come and spray right away! George is amazing...he gives notice of when he will be there and then gives a description of what he did once he leaves. Always goes above and beyond. Thank you Edge and George!

The staff is very profesional and have a lot of knowledge on what they are doing. Also very friendly and always punctual. Great Prices to!!
