I only wish they would schedule me and let me know a day or so ahead of time. They called last weekend and told me they had me scheduled! I had no notice and told them NO because my day was planned away from home, and my gate was locked. They did reschedule at my asking .

Went above & beyond by checking every possible way rodents could be infiltrating the house. Went in crawl space at both ends of house attic, perimeter of bldg, garage & any possible entrances inside around pipes & vents. ⠠︠⠠D bug boxes, left traps under house & at particular places outside - corners. Very thorough, personable. Took time to advise me as to the next step if infiltration continues.

I was worried my neighbors webs and spiders would continue coming to my house (connected townhouse) and they explained what they would do and it has worked like a charm.
