+ -1 moreThe two young gentlemen who were assisting me were very nice and helpful. They were trying to order one more part and it took them 2 days to get through the other company. When the guy finally got through, he said that the person that he talked to in orders was very rude. He told me that he hoped the product is as good as they say it is because talking to those people was awful. I said that I would confront them if they didn’t supply me good units. But these 2 men went out of their way to try and get other parts and did numerous phone calls to the other company. Lowe’s was good but the other company was bad. Their prices are a bit high but the unit I chose was a good quality one.
Description of Work: I ordered a shower unit through Lowe’s.
