Went well. The fence, drywall, and door knocker mounting went quickly. The gate took more time to figure out all its problems. However, it now works much better. Latches properly and opens smoothly. He added a wheel to the side that lacked one. Worked the hinging to create a small gap between the two halves so they no longer hung up on each other, trimmed to bottom piece so that it no longer dragged on the concrete, and increased the size of the slot for the anchor so that it was easier to manipulate. Cleaned up after himself completely. Given the time he took on the gate, I think he undercharged me. Brian was friendly, professional, explained what he was doing, and asked me about optional approaches to see what my preferences were.
