 + -1 moreHe charged a hefty fee to work on it, even though he said he couldn't completely fix it since a part wasn't available. It broke down again within a few weeks. I bought a used eliptical based on his recommendation (he said he was familiar with the brand. When I had trouble with the settings I tried numerous time to call him for advice and he never answered or returned my calls.

 + -1 moreThey contacted the same day after I submitted my request to schedule an appointment within 2 days. They showed up on time, diagnosed & repaired the problem. Just needed to make some adjustments to keep the belt from rubbing. They also did some routine maintenance. Completed everything within an hour for $69. Very happy with their service.
Description of Work: Repair treadmill that was making loud noises.

 + -1 moreneed service and repair again. They also have a company named Boise's Best PC and do ALL types of electronic repairs such as computers, televisions, etc. What a great company to have found.
Description of Work: Having trouble with our treadmill that we purchased a year ago. Not happy with prices of the only 2 other repair services for this type of equipment so did an on-line search and fround Exercise Equipment Repair. Great price, service 2 days later, very nice, professional and knowledgable tech. So happy with the attitude and great repair will use them whenever
