Rick assessed the area thoroughly when he came to give me a bid. He explained why he uses the brand of furnace he installs and the history of quality furnaces from that company. He explained that the company has a good warranty also.
He worked very hard in installing the furnace and had to make plenty of customizations which he did well. Rick was the only bidder that I thought looked closely at what he was going to do rather than just stand back and look at the furnace and say "Okay, no problem". He was also $600 less expensive than anyone else. He gave me 3 choices of furnaces to install but the one he most recommended was the least expensive.
