I called on May 20th and was greeted professionally, Mandy stated they would call the next day to confirm an appointment. Three days and no response, so I left a message, no response. I called again and Mandy was apologetic and stated they would call the next day and confirm an appoint or stop by to inspect the issue. No response. A few days later, they sub-contracted my question to another provider. They again stated they would call the next day. I texted pictures of the issue and location, no response. I left a message 3 days later, and still no response. I can understand people are busy, but the lack of professionalism to not simply call or simply set an appointment time is an "F" in my book. I don't take lightly to give negative responses, but I deem this feedback worthy of it.

From start to finish, the whole team was professional, honest and did outstanding work.

Great, on time on budget and great job. I am very happy with the job and the clean up when they were done. My trophy wife of 54 years said I have to keep the area as clean as they did.

When I discovered that my roof needed to be completely replaced, I was completely overwhelmed. The first roofing company who came out was BDC Roofing. Mandy spent probably a good hour with me: walking the roof, explaining where and why my roof was leaking and needing to be replaced, the correct ways of installing a roof, the different materials used, EVERYTHING you can think of. She even came back the next day to check on a couple things prior to making an estimate (took about 2 business days). I then had SEVERAL other roofers come out. All of them gave me an estimate almost instantly and most of them spent less than 10 minutes looking at the roof before giving me the estimate. While BDC was the lowest quote we received, I chose to go with them not because of the money saved, but because I felt as though I could trust them. I was right! They started the roof within a week of us accepting their bid. Their team was extremely polite, professional and great to work with. They cleaned up their mess and even hauled away extra stuff that we were trying to get rid of. I have two small kids and two dogs and I didn't worry about them getting hurt or stepping on random nails that some roofers would fail to pick up. The roof had been in such bad shape that even the plywood boards had to be replaced, but the guys did a great job doing it as quickly and painlessly as possible. They even tarped it every night, in case the weather gave us any random surprises. The roof itself is BEAUTIFUL. The lines are straight. The shingles are trimmed perfectly. It is a low-pitched roof with a lot of crazy angles, but I finally feel as though I can relax whenever I see rain/snow in the forecast. I also love the fact that I have a phenomenal warranty and I got to meet amazing people who have integrity, pride in their work, and are ethical people who you can trust.

WOW! That is the only way to describe not only the service performed, the value received but also the great customer service. I shopped around and narrowed down to 4 roofing companies in the valley and chose to go with BDC due to their fair price, excellent communication and quality work. All communications were timely, when issues arose (mother nature issues), I was kept in the loop of timing changes. All commitments were followed up on, work was timely, end result was as hoped for and have received comments from neighbors of how nice my roof looks. The crew was polite, respectful and left my house better than when they arrived (even cleaned out my gutters!). Mandy and Bryan are great to work with and complement each other in providing expertise and great communication. I would highly recommend this company and their employees for any roof work -- thank you so very much!

Removed 2 layers of shingles and totally replaced entire roof in 2 consecutive days....never hassled for payment, professional and friendly.

Everything went well. Bryan with BDC Roofing worked with us and our insurance company on the wind damage and that was a great help. The work went well and our roof looks great. My wife and I have just recently retired and I am confident that this is the last roof I will have to pay for on our forever home. We are very pleased.

Even from the bid estimate process, and including after the work was done, Bryan and Mandy were just excellent to deal with. They were respectful, thorough and very knowledgeable. We received 3 bids, and BDC Roofing was the most cost effective. We were very impressed with the GAF Lifetime Warranty and BDC's warranty on workmanship and follow-up. They were great to work with. They kept us apprised of schedules, checking in a couple days ahead to ensure the date was still doable. And, they let us know what to expect, when and why. We received a very good bid, not just on the price, but on the breakdown of the cost and the steps they were taking to be sure our home and property was respected. The crew was awesome - what great folks (they worked hard in this heat!). The company made sure they did what they said they would do, when they said they would do it. After the job was done, Bryan and Mandy did a full walk around and inspected the work, cleaning up even the nails (they used a metal detector!) and putting our hoses back on the racks. They brought in their own porta-potty, and organized the work at the end of the first day so we got access to our garage overnight. Within just two days the entire job was done - start to finish. Multiple roof shingle layers wood and composite to take off, multiple roof segments and mini segments- a hard job - 4 days to complete. Roof had to be stripped. The team took off the old roofing and removed it. They didn't seem to take any breaks, but a fast lunch in hot weather. Then new chip board, quality roof cover, quality shingles (composite) and new flashing! They were courteous, hard working and very skilled. After watching what they went through I was glad I hired Bryan's team- way out of my skill level!

Our roof was very professionally installed and in a timely manner. We were looking for real value as opposed to the lowest price, but we were very pleased with both the value AND the price.

I was needing a roofing inspection, requested a quote and got a call within the same day and they were out looking at my roof within a day. Very pleased with how fast they were and fair price they gave me. I will be recommending them to everyone I know! Very nice and honest people!

The crew was very professional and courteous. The work was done and cleanup completed by 6:00pm just as promised. I would definitely recommend them and definitely use them again.

I HIRED BDC ROOFING TO REPLACE THE SHINGLES ON MY HOME. BRYAN CAME AND GAVE ME A QUOTE AND WENT OVER THE PROCESS. DURING THE RENOVATION THEY MADE SURE THAT EVERYTHING WAS ALWAYS PICKED UP. AT THE END THEY WENT OVER MY YARD AND MADE SURE THAT NO NAILS WERE LEFT. I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH THE WORK. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO MY FRIENDS AND FAMILY
