Our roof replacement went smoothly. The roof was fairly big and steep and was being worked on in the fall. During the tear-off stage there was a record rain and with it only being drysheeted we had no leaks. That made me feel good about the work being done. Also every evening the materials were secured on the roof so nothing would slide off which was important because I have little kids running around and it was important to me that everything was safe for my family. Everyone was great and I would absolutely recommend them. Thank you!

Efficient and fast good job

Very Well. Bryan Denham Construction were not only friendly and professional but they went above and beyond to ensure we were pleased with the result and experience with them. My roof was replaced due to defective shingles. They handled all communication with the manufacturer in getting our claim approved, removed 10 years worth of bird nests out of our attic and put in mesh to prevent the birds from getting in and causing further damage to our home (for no additional charge), and gladly did last minute work when we requested to have attic fans installed. Also, they were good about cleaning up before leaving each day. His rate was fair and there were no additional surprise charges to the original quote. In addition, they completed the job in a timely matter. I would gladly recommend Bryan Denham Construction to any of our friends, family, or neighbors, including using them again with any future roofing projects.

BDC just completed roofing my house. When I called them for an estimate they were out quickly to view the job and had an estimate to me in less than 24 hours. At the time we talked about what all they would do during the process. I am happy to confirm that not only did they give me the best price of all the estimates I received, but they also did exactly what they said they would do and more. Best price aside, they did the little things that the other companies who provided estimates didn't say they included. They were fast, efficient and very clean. After every work day they cleaned up my yard and disposed of the debris. Beyond just doing a fantastic job on my roof, Bryan and Pamela were a joy to work with and very personable. I had some special requests for my installation and they were more than happy to accommodate them. I could go on and on, but it is sufficient to say I would not only recommend them, but do so enthusiastically.
