 + -1 moreWe went through four different companies. I would rate them all as F. We went to the office. We met the people before they came. We were assured of certain things. I believe that the administration has changed. When I fired the last person for having my mom write a check and convincing her to move into her basement, everything was a surprise to them, even though we had been reporting these things all along. I think they have had administration changes, though I don't know that for a fact. People can sometimes come across in a friendly way, but they still don't know how to do the job.
Description of Work: We used them for in-home health care services.
