"Dear [member name removed], MultiCare is sorry for your disappointment in our home health services. In your review, there was mention of working with four different agencies. Was the incident described specific to MultiCare? It is our goal to screen and train our staff to be a resource to our clients and their families. We have policies in place to maintain that. The situation described, is in violation of those policies. Violations are addressed by the office with the caregiver, and do result in disciplinary action, up to and including potential termination of employment.
