Joe Newby listed our house in Nampa Idaho on the 19th of June 2013 and we had an offer on it within a week. Joe listened to our needs and was very obliging in finding out everything about us and our situation which made us feel at ease. Communication was great and updated us on a regular basis He is good Christian man with a great sense of humor to boot. I would recommend him to anyone either selling or buying a house.
