BOB JACKSON BODY REPAIR

I was broadsided about a block from this shop on a very snowy day, the streets were a mess. Within minutes of the accident, with a call from the police officer to the shop, a tow truck arrived and had my 2009 Jetta loaded and back to the shop in 10 minutes. When my other affairs were in order, I walked to the shop to see the damage to the car. Jackson's had a cup of hot coffee for me, a kind word, a shop dog that sat at my feet, calming me down and were on the phone with my insurance agent when I arrived. The staff at the shop facilitated all of the insurance information for me, had an estimate done in 24 hours and finished the car almost three days early so I didn't have to drive a rental car longer than necessary. We have used another shop in the past who came in a little cheaper on the bid, but left our bumper unsecured and the tail light not working. Bob Jackson Auto Body did a stellar job, on time, with no hassle and it was clean and perfect when I picked up the car. I think the name of their shop should be Bob Jackson's Excellent Auto Repair.
