Joni is the owner of Interwest and the person we talked to. She was very professional and helpful. We are still waiting to close on our house but so far she has made the process as easy as possible and it has been great to work with her.

We were referred to Joni Fleenor at Interwest by our Realtor Brian Thompson (idahorealestateguy.com) immediately upon starting the search for our new home. We have had three mortgages with Wells Fargo and had been satisfied to this point. During the search and approval process I quickly found out why I was referred to Interwest. Due to the recent credit crisis, WF's processes, requirements, and CYA check points have become so arduous that it quickly became clear that the agent we were working with at WF had no clue what was required and it was not likely that our mortgage would close on time! I called Joni and Christine at Interwest and within 24 hours, we had approval, committment and the peace of mind that our mortgage would be approved and able to close on time. Keep in mind that we started the process with Interwest about 30 days prior to closing so this was quite the feat! Our loan closed early and without a hitch....Interwest does sell their Mortgages and we are now back with Wells Fargo which actually works out great as we bank with them so the online processes work great. Also keep in mind that the Federal requirements for mortgages are really ONEROUS as compared to just a few years ago but Joni, Christine and the entire Interwest team did a fabulous job negotiating the B.S. and got the job done! We highly recommend them!
