High pressure sales tactics reminiscent of timeshare sales weekends. You know, start our high, go lower, call someone, go lower. Yeah. 800 Square foot ranch house, over $16000, then $14000, then $13200. Again, it's an 800 square foot ranch.

When our customer changes what they want in a roof, that also changes the price (which we encourage because it gets you the most cost effective option). Sheila did a great job! She was very knowledgeable about the product and was happy to help with any questions we had. She worked quickly to get the financing and installation set up for us. She was punctual and professional for all our phone calls/meetings. They are not cheap windows, but the price is well worth it for the quality, warranty, and installation. The windows turned out beautiful and we are very happy! I would highly recommended these guys.

The roofs look beautiful. The warranty on the product is excellent. Skylar works very hard to make the customer feel satisfied. The roofing people were absolutely awesome. Lance, Jeremy & Danny were 3 of the hardest workers I have ever seen. Perfectionists. Kept the property clean while they worked and cleaned up everything when they were finished.

Estimator was very early and I almost wasn't home yet. After inspecting my roof, I was told that "if" I signed today, I'd get all kinds of discounts. My home is a single level home of 1664 sq. ft, including the garage, and has a low pitched roof. His quote was over $16,000 for my small roof! He told me that my roof was really big and that if anyone that could replace my roof for much less than that, they would do a lousy job. He then figured in the discounts and informed me he could get the price down to a little over $14,000. I told him that was still way too pricey and he then informed me that if I didn't accept his discounts right then, that it wasn't worth his time to come back if I changed my mind.... Needless to say, I escorted him to the door. Other estimators may not use such high pressure sales tactics but after that fiasco, I'll never find out I guess.

Sales people were freindly and professional. They did however neglect to mention they sub contract out jobs so you do not deal with rev directly, which was a pain. Did, still do have questions on the work performed but we still cannot get a hold of reve. The communication between reve and contractors is unreliable. I suppose they got paid so no need to help anymore.
