My call was returned promptly and we set up a time to meet at our lake cabin on the east side of Lake Coeur d'alene. Jim and his assistant Derek took a lot of care to make sure we had enough water pressure to run the  sprinklers. They figured out a plan to install a new controller and 3-station controller/timer using our existing sprinkler lines which had previously been hooked up to a (now defunct) pump on the other side of the house. They were able to come out in the next few days to do the work. We were not there when the work was done and found a few little problems with the installation. I talked to Jim a few days later and we met him at the property later that same afternoon. Small problems were tweaked and an additional sprinkler was added upon request. We were glad we were there this time to communicate our concerns and to be shown some details we had not known about how to run the timer/controller, and how the stations were set up. One problem we had last year was our regular sprinklers clogged up quickly from the water we get from the lake. Jim and Derek installed a neat filter for the irrigation water that is clear so you can see when it is getting clogged. Derek also explained how they were able to install the self-flush to clean out the filter periodically by hooking it up as a third station run only once a week for a minute. One criticism is they did not call to let us know for sure when they were doing the work initially. We went out a few days later and found they had been there. Also, the bill was not itemized at all, just labor and materials. They did add the extra sprinkler at no extra charge, however, on the day they fixed the job and showed us how it was set up.
