He was on time and stayed all day and even came back to make sure things were fixed and running smoothly. He took his time and had attention to details to make sure the work was done properly. He was honest and friendly, too. I would highly recommend them to others.

He might just do commercial stuff and he's pretty well known in the area. I have dealt with them a lot for different things. They're just very nice people, they're quick to respond and they are reasonably priced for such an expensive repair.

Excellent! The guys arrived on time and were very professional. We only have air ducts on our lower floor, so our price to clean might be less than others (our total sq. ft. home is 1700 sf, with ducts only on the ground floor). At the time of the cleaning, we had one vent that was blocked by a Christmas display and they made sure that we knew that they couldn't clear that particular vent, but that the duct leading to it was cleaned.

We are VERY happy with the results we received and will hire these guys again. We have a lot of pets in our household, so a lot of hair ends up in our vents and ducts, so we'll need them again!

The whole work seemed to be really good. I didn't have anything negative happened. I would rate them highly. I would definitely use them again in the future.

The job went very well. The workmen were on time and worked all day. They were polite, well dressed, knew what they were doing and completed the project in a professional manner. When there was a problem with the new electronic thermostat, the Owner came over to help resolve the issue. I would not hesitate to use them again.

They were prompt, and had a good price. I wasn't happy about the fact they quoted me for an amana brand unit, and they then installed a different brand. I wouldn't have gone with them if I had known it wasn't an amana brand. By the time I got back home it was already installed, and I asked them about it, but it was too late. I felt it wasn't an honest thing to do to someone.

They do my annual contract work twice yearly too. We also use them in our company and they do a lot of work on commercial buildings. They could have soaked me for a lot more money than I spent; instead they came in and diagnosed the problem and fixed the problem instead of trying to sell me a new HVAC system. I will use them again in the future.

I found him on your list and he was excellent. He doesn't sell you anything that you don't need. They were very good and cleaned up the fans. They took out the air conditioner and unit outside which the other company did not do and I didn't realize. They just charged us for looking at everything. They were very good. Their price was reasonable. The price, quality, responsiveness, punctuality and professionalism were great excellent. When we moved to the area we didn't know anybody and so we went through Angie's List.

Ted Dumont was one of five companies I received bids from. Tom Bratcher from Ted Dumont listened to our needs, made some no-nonsense suggestions, and gave us a very fair bid based upon our requirements. I liked the fact that Tom was not only making the bid, but was also involved in the installation from start to finish. A number of companies use salesmen that work on a commission. The more they sell, the more they make. After the bid is accepted, you never see them again. Tom and the guys arrived on time for the installation. The job was done professionally. We are very pleased with the new system and would highly recommend Ted Dumont HVAC to anyone considering a new heating/ac system.

My AC was not quite getting the job done (not cool enough). Selected Ted Dumont HVAC because he had good ratings on Angie's List and because I used to know him from a previous company that we both worked at. The price of the job was competitive with other outfits, and I was satisfied with the overall job of the technician that was sent out. He thoroughly cleaned my outside unit (fan, cooling fins, etc), added 3 lbs of R-22 coolant, installed 2 missing service caps (this could have been the reason why I was low on coolant), inspected the coolant coils on the inside unit, and inspected my air filters. The coolant was $32.50/lb, the service caps - $6.50, and labor was $58.00. I would use this company again. I felt that I got an honest deal and that the technician didn't try to sell me on anything I didn't need. My AC has never worked this well since I've owned this house (about 10yrs).

I contacted the company because I had heard of them and know someone who works for the company. Their residential manager worked with me to decide on the best type of system for my needs and gave me several quotes based on various senarios. Tom was really patient with all of my questions throughout the whole process. I was really impressed with the work they did and with the attitude of the installation crew - they were very respectful of me and my home. I'm really happy with my new system!

I called Ted Dumont HVAC around 8:30 am, due to my furnace getting a "gas lock out" error. By 10:30 am Brandon was headed to my house. Once he got there he was polite, courteous and patient. He showed me the difference between both parts, and was very informative. I was very impressed, and will use this company for all my maintenance needs.

On the first heat wave of the season, the compressor fan on our heat pump failed. The technician removed the cover and quickly diagnosed failed fan motor bearings. He gave a written estimate on the spot and I okayed it. He retired to his van and returned with the news that he did not have a motor as our 17 year old high efficiency unit had an extra deep fan the required a slower turning motor. He said he go pick one up and return or come back in the morning. As the day was late and the temperature moderate, I said he could return in the morning. He returned as arranged, completed the work and throughly cleaned the unit.
