About us
IPH provides Pre-fabricated exterior and interior wall panels. The exterior walls are fully sub-sheeted, and have Milgard's Tuscany windows factory installed. Our exterior walls have Therma-Tru exterior doors installed. LP Smart Siding can be factory installed or we can send sheeted walls for a field installed siding. Roof trusses and roof sheeting are included in the IPH framing package.

We can customize any of our plans in drafting or custom draft any plan.
Services we don't offer
Our customers will need to have their foundations in and the 1st sub-floor, which is not a part of the IPH package. This is a framing package, we go from the top of your sub-floor up though roof sheeting. We do not include any plumbing, electrical, insulation, or any other trade. Our customer will need to provide access to their building site for a truck & 48' drop deck trailer, a minimum of a 20 ton crane to set the walls and off load all materials. You will also need have your own set crew.
