Description of Work: I called Normand Construction for an estimate for some work on my tile roof, some soffit repair and some inside dry wall repair. Tom called me back the same day and set up an estimate in the next couple of days. When he arrived, he had one of his roofers with him so that they could discuss what needed to be done and I could meet one of the guys who would be doing my work. They were very clear about what they had found and the things that they might come up against once the work began. I loved that they had full confidence in all the work that needed to be done. I had several spots on my tile roof lifted and the underlayment repaired. They used better quality materials that those that were there initially. The roofer was very careful with the tiles and none were broken during the repairs. When they were inspecting my roof they found some soffit damage and did a beautiful job repairing that. They were extremely careful to match up the colors. Lastly, I had them do some inside drywall repair. The drywall had a knockdown finish and the repair mathed up very well. So did the paint.
