Says she will give it to her supervisor. That was months ago. She won't return calls or emails. None of the fees were disclosed in the half dozen good faith estimates I received. Ms. Heidi Bateman is not responsive and obviously does not hold herself accountable for her mistake. I was willing to work out some kind of partial reimbursement for the fee(s) but she must think if the unhappy customer is ignored the problem goes away. Buyer beware and pls think about my experience if you are considering doing business w/ this individual or this company. I am a single parent and it took most of what I had to get into a home. I can ill afford $500. While this is the first house I bought on my own, it's the third overall and this was the worst experience/service. Once you sign, this lady and company do not care one whit about you as a customer. There is zero service after the sale. Steer clear and find someone w/ a better reputation for service before AND after the sale.

Again, title officer states no prepayments penalties etc. By this time I have signed what feels like 100 pieces of paper. Heidi Bateman is gone to another closing-must have been more important that mine-and closing is finished. Some time passes and I get a much better heloc rate from my bank so I refi w/ them. When I get the final statement from First Horizon I get a nasty surprise. $500 prepayment penalty, $25 to tell my bank the payoff! I go back to my paperwork and there it is...one piece of paper w/ the $500 penalty for THREE YEARS and how I would have to pay a $50 a year annual fee and how I was accepting a visa credit card attached to my heloc. WHAT? So, I call Ms. Bateman. She stammers, hems and haws...
